Very good, as always!

A dream come true! The common anniversary brought me to this restaurant, the aim was to enjoy an unforgettable evening. We both had a three-course menu with accompanying wine. The ingredients, be it pasta, fish or meat dishes, meshed perfectly and harmonized. I ate the best meat here! Super developed hygiene concept currently from Corona. Kudos to every employee and the chef. My expectations have been completely met and even exceeded. An absolute culinary recommendation!

The restaurant blew us away completely. The place really has the potential to become my new favorite place. The chairs are extremely comfortable and I think the distance between the seats is extremely decent. There you don't get the feeling of having dinner like fish in a can. Very fast and friendly service. I think all the staff did a very good job there.

It was great! We celebrated a birthday in a small group. Professionalism, authenticity and competence all along the line: from the first contact for the reservation to the farewell. It was the first time I was here with friends and unfortunately I didn't even know it before. Italian classics reinterpreted, the top quality and delicious vino ... What more do you want. Grande! The class of the master chef cannot be described in words. The great menu compositions are offered at an unbeatable price and the wines by the glass are also top class.

We have been going to Marcellino regularly for many years and even celebrated our wedding there last year. Daria and Marcello are incredibly personable hosts and the food and drinks are of fantastic quality. The restaurant is pleasantly cozy and very nicely decorated. If you are looking for something special in Cologne, you can't miss the Marcellino. An absolute recommendation from us!

Absolutely great staff! The antipasti plate (in the anti-vegetarian version) was very tasty and appealing. The often mentioned pasta from the Parmesan loaf was really delicious - see photo! The main course, however, was very minimalist in contrast to its price. We would no longer take this. The recommended wine, a Sauvignon Blanc, was fantastic.

It was a great evening. The service was attentive and incredibly nice. It was like La Familia. Very fresh and tasty products. Authentic restaurant. A little less salt would have been good for the side dishes for the main course. But that is whining at a high level. I will be happy to dine there again.

Highly Recommended! The price-performance ratio is great with very high quality food. The ambience in the restaurant is very nice. The service is very attentive and friendly and adapts itself individually to the guests. We had the 5 course menu and loved every course. We will be back definitely!

Very nice little restaurant with a very nice atmosphere. The food was consistently a treat and delicious. We had the 4-course menu, which has exceeded all wishes - the meat was perfect and the pasta from the Parmesan loaf an absolute culinary delight. The wine we were allowed to try before and was rightly recommended by the attentive service staff, who made us a great evening and was very friendly. We were absolutely satisfied and can highly recommend this wonderful restaurant!

The food was very good, the pasta from the parmesan loaf must have eaten. For me personally, the breaks between the courses were a bit too long (about 30-45 minutes), for others, however, just right. However, you pay for the very high quality, which should already be aware. The service was extremely friendly and always attentive. The ambience was very comfortable. The relatively small restaurant already has an almost familiar atmosphere, I really felt very well. I can only recommend the Marcellino.

Incredibly delicious, homemade Italian food with extremely friendly and highly attentive service. This place is one of its kind. I went here so many time when I lived in Cologne, then moved back to Berlin and today came back. After seven years. This place hasn’t changed. Except: it is even better than before. (Which was hardly possible because it was already awesome). Highly recommended!

The only thing better than the food was the service. An all around great experience.

Top notch restaurant. From the bathroom to the service and food, everything was excellent. It is a small and cosy restaurant in an old building with a nice interior. The pasta are just delicious and quality of the products is really good.

Biggest pleasure in a long time. The owner kept finishing this delicious noodle dish at every table that had ordered it and he just kept smiling all the way through while whirling the cooked noodles in the cheese. Everything was simply amazing

Very friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, amazing food.

Eventhough we arrived pretty late (after Movie) they welcomed us sincerely and served nice italian dishes. The location might be not that pretty to my eyes - but hey, the 2 Michelin Starred French is also located just a few houses away. My fish was nice and the Pesto & Steak my beloved one ordered were even better.
